STORE PICKUP - Calle la mar 193, Local 1, 03590 Altea
Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am - 7pm. After placing your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over 100€ and addresses within 30 km of our shop. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Orders placed before 2pm during store hours 11am - 7pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or a SMS with real-time tracking information
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We provide international shipping to addresses within the EU and UK, excluding colonies and remote islands. The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and presented during checkout.

*All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you haven't received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fl@firmamentlux.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fl@firmamentlux.com with your order number and a photo of the item´s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
